We went to Kimberly off of a recommendation. Our house was not selling we had a offer for $25000 less of asking that was insulting to say the least and that was it we put in more work it seems like then she did and I felt like we got pushed to the back burner because she didnt think we would have a good deal or something I would not recommend working with Kimberly unless you own your house out right she is really hard to get a hold of all the time I have sent her text messages three days in a row and Ive only got one text the first day and that was it. We asked her for a release of contract multiple times so that way we could just stay at the house and for sale by owner or at a later date and we have yet to get that.

Logan, in my opinion, is the perfect realtor. He was always readily available to show and reshow a potential home multiple times, always with a great attitude! He wasnt aEURoepushyaEUR? at all! He gave us aEURoespaceaEUR? to look at the home, but was readily available with any questions we had. Hes extremely friendly, and moves very QUICKLY to get you into your home as soon as possible. Logan also gave us an unexpected gift at closing. Very thoughtful! We believe we have found our forever home, but, if we ever decide to sell, Logan will be the realtor we will use.
