ZillowVERIFIED We went to Kimberly off of a recommendation. Our house was not selling we had a offer for $25000 less of asking that was insulting to say the least and that was it we put in more work it seems like then she did and I felt like we got pushed to the back burner because she didnt think we would have a good deal or something I would not recommend working with Kimberly unless you own your house out right she is really hard to get a hold of all the time I have sent her text messages three days in a row and Ive only got one text the first day and that was it. We asked her for a release of contract multiple times so that way we could just stay at the house and for sale by owner or at a later date and we have yet to get that.

She was always available and worked around our schedule to see homes. After we closed on our new home she went over to check the status of the previous owners move out. When selling our home, she was quick to post the listing and explained the whole process to us. She helped explain the unique qualities of our property to other agents and helped broker the deal. We would suggest her and have passed her information on to friends.

We did not know anything about the Evansville area so we had to rely on Kimberly to research the area as well as stay within out price. Since I did not live in that area Kimberly emailed me listing that she thought would work so that we could limit the amount of properties I would be interested in. It worked out that a home closer to me that I had lost a bid on came back on the market so I was able to purchase that instead.
