I can not say thank you enough to Mike! From the first meeting it was very clear that Mike is the kind of realtor that likes to make sure you're educated in what the process is typically like. He provided a lot of information about the neighborhoods and cities we were interested in, and knew so much about the market in said area. He was also very understanding of any changes we decided, such as different cities, desired square footage, and so on. No matter what we threw his way, he was there ready to help and offer advice and guidance. He never seemed frustrated or annoyed that we were a bit indecisive. When we finally found ~the one~ Mike did everything he could to make sure we were up to date with what he was being told by the seller's Realtor. The closing process seemed a lot smoother with his helping hand. He also made recommendations to make the move-in process easier, as well! House hunting is stressful, and a bit overwhelming. It's very important to find someone that is going to take some of that stress off your shoulders, and help you in every way possible. Mike is definitely the guy to do that!

Mike was an extremely hard working realtor. He was very innovative in fashioning our deal. Even after the market turned down Mike was able to make a quick sale and work to help us close quick.
