When I met Mike I knew he was my realtor. He's was very knowledgeable and on time for every meeting we had. This was very important to me. Mike worked very hard to sell my house. He keep me posted several times a week. He checked up on me after the sell, since I had over 900 miles to my new location. I know I could call Mike's again even for advice. Mike is a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We thought we had a impossible want list for the location we were looking and after a short time Mike had delivered us a house that we had to have. Mike's knowledge of the area as well as positive attitude made the home buying experience fun. Mike always is looking out for what is best for the buyer and listens to critiques during walk throughs so that he continually delivers homes that are worthy of viewing and soon enough you will find the home you are looking for. Lastly, Mike goes above and beyond normal real estate agents. For instance, we had repairs agreed upon before closing but they had to take place after closing. Mike made sure they were in fact completed by supervising the work himself even though he had no obligation!

He is always very positive and upbeat and always puts your concerns first! After a couple times of looking at homes Mike knew exactly what we wanted and showed us some amazing homes. He even went out of his way to show us before anyone else a house right before it was put on ther market because he thought it sounded perfect for us. It turns out he was right. It is our dream home and we are currently moving into it now. Mike also made the process of the mortgage and closing absolutely seemless and went out of his way to help us out with things for the house. I highly recommened this agent to anyone in search of a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I first met Mike when I contacted him about viewing a house he was marketing, when the agent we were attempting to establish a relationship became unresponsive. We liked that Mike seemed near our age and would be able to understand what we were looking for as a newly married, younger couple. We described our needs to Mike and contacted him when we determined we would no longer work with the prior agent. Mike was immediately responsive and was able to assist us with the overwhelming task of narrowing down the various suburbs we wished to explore in the DFW area, as we were not very familiar with those areas outside of Northwest Dallas. Mike was extremely patient with all of our questions, and took time to show us a number of homes in several different parts of the DFW metroplex, even visiting some homes more than once with us. He was wonderful at guiding us through the process and was extremely friendly to boot! We would highly recommend Mike Bryant for your real estate needs.

Initially my search started several months ago for a Dallas condo/loft for one but after meeting my fiancA(C) it turned into a search for acreage within a reasonable distance from Dallas. Mike's diverse knowledge of the real estate, market trends and ability to quickly provide me with relevant information and respond to my extensive requests is truly amazing. I consider myself a difficult client and very particular--needless to say, I wouldn't have the patience to work for me! Mike, on the other hand, has taken the time to assess my needs and wish list along with the realistic parameters we have to work within. He knows what I want better than I do! On several occasions, we would pull up to view a property and he would know what I was thinking before I even had to say it.
