Sarah was an excellent realtor for my husband and I as first time home buyers. She was responsive, patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. My husband I and lived out of state and had limited weekends to visit the town where we were interested in living to find a home. Sarah was very flexible and patient with us during this entire process. She arranged our home visits accordingly to maximize the time we had when we were in town. She also was incredibly helpful in the interim times when we were not in town. If a house came on the market we were interested in but could not see immediately due to distance, Sarah would Skype us so we could do a virtual walk-through of the home. Another aspect of Sarah's approach as a realtor that my husband and I appreciated was that she was an exemplary listener and sounding board. Instead of offering her opinion on certain houses or aspects of houses, Sarah just listened and understood our points as my husband and I would discuss what we liked and did not like about the homes. When we finally did decide on a home, Sarah was quick and guided us through the entire process. Overall, Sarah was wonderful and we were lucky to have her as our realtor!
