ZillowVERIFIED Having experienced numerous "buy" and "sell" side residential real estate transactions and relocations from coast to coast, I have a pretty broad base of experience as to what makes a "good" vs. "average" Agent. Mark is actually "great". I will limit my remarks here to solely the "sell" side, as that's what I retained him for. He and his team do an exceptional job, from first contact and the initial research on listing/marketing your property, to the final details associated with closing and transaction completion. I think it safe to say my specific sell transaction was about as complicated as they come, for a lot of reasons... Mark never wavered in his support and effort on marketing my home, and again, one thing that separates him from other realtors is the outstanding team he has around him. We got the house sold, and I honestly don't think any other Agent could have done it more quickly, or netted me as much out of the sale, as Mark did. A true professional, he is a master negotiator, and great "out-of-the-box" thinker on solving issues and queries the "other side" always seem to throw at you in real estate deals. I give Mark my highest, and unqualified endorsement.

Since we were moving South he wasn't going to make any money on our next home purchase, but he still gave us his best.He was honest with us about what we needed to do to sell our home, patient with all our requests and questions, and really on top of things. Sarah and Laura did a great job of showing us all the homes we were interested in and Mark did a great job helping us close the deal. After purchase the sellers left a non working refrigerator that we did not want and did not agree to. Mark and Laura took care of this at no cost to us. Will definitely be using them again, although hopefully not anytime soon! I will also state that they recommended us to work with Union Home Mortgage and we were very disappointed with that service. We ended up working with Homeside financial that did a wonderful job!

I was pleased that he didn't suggest a lot of major upgrades and instead suggested using them as a negotiating tool. He was also, as it turned out in the end, the one who came closest to what we ended up selling the house for. I was also very pleased to turn the sale around in a very good amount of time.
