Jennifer was great. She was able to quickly find and set up viewings of houses that meet my criteup. She was knowledgeable about the areas, aspects of the houses and very responsive when I texted her questions (which was a lot) Thanks to her I was able to view close to 25 houses in a week and find one. The house I went with ended up having a lot of hidden damages found in the inspection. She was able to guide me through the repair negotiations to where we were able to move forward. Additionally she was able to identify my rebate which I did not think I was getting. I am very happy with the service she provided. I would definitely recommend her as your realtor.
