Jocelyn is just THE BEST!!! Always was there for my many questions, knew exactly how to make an almost empty home look amazing and helped me through the negotiations. Sold AND BOUGHT with her and all went well!!! It can all be stressful and it went off without a hitch. Highly highly recommend!!

We relocated from out of state and were referred to Riley after spending several months with another company, in a disastrous contract. We briefly explained to Riley the previous situation - we wanted to move fast, had an idea of what we were looking for, and what were the issues with the last contract. That was all Riley needed. He was quick to schedule a day with us and set up all the houses we had requested. There was no hesitation when we had specific questions or when we were ready to move forward. Riley was always quick to respond and his recommended vendors for inspection and radon testing were also quick and efficient. Highly recommend Riley and look forward to one day working with him again!

Had a great experience working with Riley. He showed me a bunch of different places around Logan Square and guided me through the entire process from start to finish. Everything felt seamless, communication was great throughout, and he made what could've been a stressful process really easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for an apartment in Chicago.

Jocelyn was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Her insight proved key in finding everything I wanted in a house. I Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Riley was fantastic in the purchase of my new home! Responsive, knowledgable, and proactive throughout the process. This is my third time working with Riley and each time he delivers.
