Tony was very helpful and friendly in helping us find our new home. He showed up on time each visit we had, spent the extra time to show us more locations, and did so with while never making us feel like we were infringing on his time. He seemed very happy to go out of his way to help us, even when we asked him questions about the interested properties which did not have the information readily accessible. He drove an hour each way just to take measurements for us when we needed to order our appliances ahead of time. Then to top it off, on the final day of our escrow was closing we encountered a problem with the construction company not filing all the appropriate documents showing all the various contractors that took place in building the home. Consequently, the title company would not release our home to us yet, even though we were ready and waiting outside its front door to receive the keys. Just when it seemed like we were going to have wait another day for the construction company to get contacted and take care of their paperwork, Tony called the OWNER of the company, and within 30min, we had our keys and everything was set. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much Tahoe Tony!

He is professional, responsive, honest and knowledgeable. Plenty of agents fit those traits but Tony worked hard after our offer was accepted. Tony helped us find the home we wanted and even after the offer was done, he worked very hard to make sure the process was smooth and easy. I can't say enough good things about him.

Truth be told I have known Tony since I moved to Incline Village 22 years ago. I was his first client due to the fact that I was so impressed by his "persona" that I waited for him to obtain his real estate before shopping for my lovely home of the past 22 years. While I was listing the home with Tony thru the winter months I was living in Thailand and the home was a vacation rental. Tony went the extra mile and was always there to assist me with any situations that needed attention with snow removal or cleaners. Any weekend that my home was not booked Tony would have an "open house". We just sold that " Luxury Home" for top dollar and due to Tony's unique approach of a set commission for listing homes in the 1 Million plus range I saved a very substantial amount of money. It is for these reasons that I would highly reccommend using Tony as your Realtor .

Tony is both personable & Knowledgeable. He is easy going and great to work with. We spent time looking at various properties. Tony has excellent knowledge of the area.

I have used Toni for multiple purchases in the Tahoe area. He has always been amazing very open with a high degree of communication to let you know where things stand. He also understands the market well to help guide you on the things that are truly important and the things that will get you the best price for your home. Hes very easy to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking in the Tahoe area.
