ReviewTony was very helpful and friendly in helping us find our new home. He showed up on time each visit we had, spent the extra time to show us more locations, and did so with while never making us feel like we were infringing on his time. He seemed very happy to go out of his way to help us, even when we asked him questions about the interested properties which did not have the information readily accessible. He drove an hour each way just to take measurements for us when we needed to order our appliances ahead of time. Then to top it off, on the final day of our escrow was closing we encountered a problem with the construction company not filing all the appropriate documents showing all the various contractors that took place in building the home. Consequently, the title company would not release our home to us yet, even though we were ready and waiting outside its front door to receive the keys. Just when it seemed like we were going to have wait another day for the construction company to get contacted and take care of their paperwork, Tony called the OWNER of the company, and within 30min, we had our keys and everything was set. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much Tahoe Tony!

Review He is professional, responsive, honest and knowledgeable. Plenty of agents fit those traits but Tony worked hard after our offer was accepted. Tony helped us find the home we wanted and even after the offer was done, he worked very hard to make sure the process was smooth and easy. I can't say enough good things about him.

Review Truth be told I have known Tony since I moved to Incline Village 22 years ago. I was his first client due to the fact that I was so impressed by his "persona" that I waited for him to obtain his real estate before shopping for my lovely home of the past 22 years. While I was listing the home with Tony thru the winter months I was living in Thailand and the home was a vacation rental. Tony went the extra mile and was always there to assist me with any situations that needed attention with snow removal or cleaners. Any weekend that my home was not booked Tony would have an "open house". We just sold that " Luxury Home" for top dollar and due to Tony's unique approach of a set commission for listing homes in the 1 Million plus range I saved a very substantial amount of money. It is for these reasons that I would highly reccommend using Tony as your Realtor .

Review Tahoe Tony is an excellent realtor! He is very responsive, and he definitely knows his market. He's got a great sense of humor and all the right local connections. (Example: when we asked about the possibility of removing a dying tree from a property, within minutes he had an area environmental expert on the line to answer our questions). We would certainly recommend Tony, and we intend to work with him again in the future.

Review It's no surprise the locals call him Tahoe Tony. We've now purchased multiple homes through Tony in Incline Village Nevada, and our experience has been nothing but the best. You can't go wrong with Tony's deep knowledge of the area, the local surroundings and the community at large. He also makes the process very fun. Highly recommend Tony!

Review I purchased a condo in Incline Village, sight unseen with Tony's guidance. I live on the other side of the country, so he toured the property for me, gave me advice about it's condition, location, and value. He ran with the offer, inspections, escrow process, and other details. When I finally saw the property, it exceeded my expectations! Tony was easy to contact, responsive, honest, and fun to work with. And he knows the Tahoe basin inside and out.

Review Tony represented me on two home purchases over the last two years. Both experiences were handled professionally. He always responded in a timely manner and I felt my business was important to him. The most impressive thing I can say about Tony is that hes as honest as the day is long. I always felt that my concerns were important to him and he always followed through with what he said he would do. There were times when I dropped the ball and he was there to remind me of the task that needed to be completed. Ill continue to have Tony represent me in all my real estate transactions and I would recommend anyone to do the same.

Review Tony has helped us purchase two homes in the Incline Village/Crystal Bay area. He has been great to work with; honest and low key. No high pressure sales and he is a great listener unlike most realtors. I also consider him a friend as he is an interesting and fun guy to hang out with. We will be selling a property soon and will definitely list with Tony.

Review Our house hunting started well before we sold a business that was keeping us in our old location. We had ample time to search. The only thing we knew was the general area that held our interest. We had no experience with Tony, and little experience with the basic area for which we wished to relocate. This area was several hundred miles away. With plenty of time, and little experience, whoever became our Agent was going to be tested. There were many phone calls and many scouting trips, mostly at odd times, with short notice, and spanning a period of nearly 7 months. Without a rush we could look at straight sales, plus REO's and foreclosures. We looked at them all. The market was very active and properties were coming and going quite quickly. The area we chose is full of specific rules and guidelines not common to most areas. All of the rules are important to those moving here, so being educated beyond the simple home purchase is necessary. Our luck held out. Our business sold. Our old home too. But the luckiest thing of all was finding Tony Tuoto. His patience and expertise allowed me all the time I needed, while also using that time wisely. The location we chose is full of custom homes, and therefore each house is quite different from the rest - some radically. In such an atmosphere you need to have your priorities straight. Tony kept us on track, on budget, and on time. He ushered us through short sale negotiations. He looked at several properties without us present and reported back - pictures included. He spent time asking questions to best identify our desires, and wasn't afraid to tell us when our expectations were too high. And his post-purchase assistance was equally as important as the purchase itself. Full disclosure - Tony Tuoto is now my Friend. But first he was a Real Estate Agent that I blindly contacted, and who ultimately handled a huge portion of my family's relocation. Our current friendship says a lot about our past business interaction. If you're in need of real estate representation, buying or selling, Tony Tuoto is where you start. And in the end be prepared to have another friend.

Review Tony guided us through the necessary requirements to purchase our land here in Nevada in a professional, helpful way. He responded to any questions we asked and contacted any agents/banks that were required to complete our purchase. He has continued to be informative whenever we had a question relating to Real Estate or he would find the answer for us as soon as he could. We appreciate all the extra time that he was willing to put in to help us finalize our purchase.

Review I have known Tony Tuoto since I moved to Lake Tahoe 12 years ago. Tony has an excellent knowledge of the Lake Tahoe as he has resided here for so many years. Tony was patient in helping me search for my ultimate dream home in Incline Village. He also sold my condo in about 1 months time. I am still residing in my beautiful golf course estate and if I ever decide to put my home on the market I would give the listing to Tony.

Review I have bought homes in Michigan, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada and I have to say bar none Tony is the best realtor I have ever known. First, he spent endless hours getting to know my wife's and my taste. Then we scoured Incline Village looking for the perfect property. He always made time for us and he gave us outstanding advice. His main goal was to make us happy by finding us the perfect property and there was never any pressure or urgency. In addtion, his help did not just end with the purchase of our house. He continued to help us with arranging other logistics for our home because we do not live there. In a word, Tony has become a respected friend of ours and I give him my highest recommendation as a broker.

Review Tony helped us to locate our dream home in Lake Tahoe, more specifically Incline Village. What makes Tony different is that he took time to show us the area, introduce us to the Incline Village private club for residents. Additionally, he recommended stores, restaurants, and connected us with people for all our needs from utilities to home furnishing. Tony is a true professional. His negotiating skills are well honed as he represented us with ease and clarity as to what was important to our family. Tony also kept us updated through both email and phone calls. Tony has a level of professionalism that is rare today and I would highly recommend him to anyone.Erik
