Paul is not only an incredible real estate agent, but also an incredible human being. We met Paul after he found our credit card in a parking lot and he made sure to track us down to return it. After that, we began talking and ultimately decided to work with him to find our first home. He was patient with us throughout the process while we asked lots of questions being first time home buyers and provided extensive knowledge on the Oregon / Bend market. Paul's support also didn't stop with finding the house, he ensured we were set up anything else we needed to get settled in our first home. Paul was with us every step of the way from putting in the offer, to making our selections for a new build, to keeping up with the construction schedule, and making sure everything was in tip top shape upon our closing date. He certainly cares deeply about each clients and goes above and beyond for them. We are beyond happy with our experience working with Paul and recommend him for anyone looking for a real estate agent in Bend.

Paul was a ROCKSTAR!!! We had a very difficult transaction and he was thorough, patient and extremely communicative. It was touch and go quite a few times and he never gave up or lost confidence. Paul has represented us as both a buyer and a seller and I would highly recommend him for any transaction. Thank you so much, we love our new house!!!!

I have some property up in three rivers near Bend Oregon. My partner and I are thinking of listing the property. When I was researching Realtors I came upon Paul. When I reached out to Paul he promptly returned my call. After talking with him on the phone and asking a lot of questions he had answers to all of them. I'm not sure when we will list the property but I am sure Paul will be the person I call. Not only did he take time to talk with me on the phone he actually drove out to the property and took pictures of it for me as I do not live near the property at this time.

We are so happy we found Paul. He was fun and great to work with. He was knowledgeable, honest, and willing to help us every step of the way. As first time home owners, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend Paul. He helped us buy a home in Bend, OR with extreme competition and tight timing. Because of his contacts and knowledge it all came together. We also appreciated his quick response to questions and good advice. We will use him again with future real estate transactions.
