ZillowVERIFIEDI have some property up in three rivers near Bend Oregon. My partner and I are thinking of listing the property. When I was researching Realtors I came upon Paul. When I reached out to Paul he promptly returned my call. After talking with him on the phone and asking a lot of questions he had answers to all of them. I'm not sure when we will list the property but I am sure Paul will be the person I call. Not only did he take time to talk with me on the phone he actually drove out to the property and took pictures of it for me as I do not live near the property at this time.

Long story short, I lost the bidding war on 2 houses to cash buyers in Bend even with really good offers, but Paul did not forget about me, and he ended up finding me (yes, he was actively looking for me some guy in TN who he had never met) a super awesome spot just as it hit the market so we got the best offer and ended up closing on that. Paul is the man. If you are looking for a real estate agent in the Bend area, you can go ahead and stop reading now and pick Paul. He is so knowledgeable of the area itself, and he is truly concerned with helping out his clients. I give Paul my highest recommendation. I would give him more than 5 stars, but that is as high as Zillow lets me go!
