She is the constant professional, yet she is also someone who makes you feel as though you have been friends for ages from the moment you meet. She makes you feel valued and provides a 5 star service like no other. It wasn't easy selling my first home. I was clueless, scared, and frankly a little needy. Kathleen walked me through each step of the process and explained things in a way that I understood. She calmed my fears to the point where I no longer feared the unknown and truly trusted in the process, and in her!
