Back to March, as soon as I expressed my interest on Zillow, I immediately received a phone call from Kathleen, on which she provided me so much first-hand information. I have to say I am a picky buyer. I do demand my agent to possess that kind of PROFESSIONALISM which even myself cannot explain very well. Kathleen never disappointed me. She always had each property's information printed and packaged, always made the most reasonable routing to view the houses on the list, always communicated so well with other agents or the owner, and always was so thoughtful on providing additional and valuable information. It turned that not only I bought the house through her, but also got the curtains and shades, yard work, screening of the back patio, and many other details done by nice vendors recommended by her. Kathleen took time to explain the different areas in Orlando and even gave us tours of the neighborhoods we were looking. She listened to what we were looking for in our new home. She only showed us houses that fit our description based on features and price. In just three weekend visits she found us the perfect home in East Orlando. Since we were from out of town she was there for the home inspection for us and oversaw some work we wanted down before we actually relocated. In addition, Kathleen is such a nice person.
