eXp Realty, LLC

We were very lucky to connect with Bree Sweet when we started looking at houses. She made the process much easier and always kept us informed. We did find a house and she was always on top of the twists and turns that happen during an escrow. After this experience we would never consider using anyone but Bree Sweet for our real estate needs.

We had a great experience working with Shawn during our recent home search in Portland. Although we ultimately decided against the house we put an offer on, we truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism throughout a challenging negotiation process. He helped us navigate several weeks of back and forth with the sellers and handled some difficult interactions with the sellers agent with calm and confidence. Even though this particular home didnt work out, we walked away feeling like wed built a strong relationship with Shawn. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agentaEUR"and well definitely be working with him again when the next opportunity comes along.

Shawn really knows what he's doing and how to make buying a new house very comfortable and with very little stress. He's always on top of everything and keeps you very well informed through the whole buying process. I will highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house!!!

Shawn did a great job helping us close the deal quickly, and negotiate effectively on our new house. We found the house that we wanted, made an offer, and got all of the paperwork done quickly. We had a lot of support from Shawn along the way.
