ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with Shawn during our recent home search in Portland. Although we ultimately decided against the house we put an offer on, we truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism throughout a challenging negotiation process. He helped us navigate several weeks of back and forth with the sellers and handled some difficult interactions with the sellers agent with calm and confidence. Even though this particular home didnt work out, we walked away feeling like wed built a strong relationship with Shawn. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate agentaEUR"and well definitely be working with him again when the next opportunity comes along.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn did a great job helping us close the deal quickly, and negotiate effectively on our new house. We found the house that we wanted, made an offer, and got all of the paperwork done quickly. We had a lot of support from Shawn along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Always has the time to answer phone calls and any questions. Very knowledgeable and all paperwork is easy to understand. Great communication and addressing issues that the buyer does not even to ask for. The roof was bad on the purchase house and without even asking him he already started negotiations to have repairs done in purchase price.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was a professional in every way. He was extremely knowledgible of the area, local contractors who we will be hiring for the remodeling work we have planned and local mortgage companies who were able to close our loan in less than three weeks. We would definitely recommend him based on our personal experience without exception.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn was the third realtor we hired to sell our home. He was the only one that put the time and effort in that culminated in the timely sell of our home. I definitely recommend contacting Shawn to see what he can do for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Shawn is a top gun in the world of real estate. He's a proactive go-getter who always keeps it professional. He guided me to quickly find the ideal home for my lifestyle, and negotiated a deal that fit perfectly with my budget. When my lender dropped the ball, he was right there to get them back on track, and was my constant advocate and ally. I'm so grateful to be happily situated in my first house. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.

ZillowVERIFIED This guy was amazing. I asked him to sell the first house I bought and find me a bigger one for my expanding family. He said no problem....done. I had lots of questions about all the paperwork and he was able to explain them so I understood what was going on. He sold my house for over asking price and got us into the house and property we always wanted! We have remaind good friends. Talk almost once a week about how we are both doing.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Shawn was a truly great experience. He was always quick to respond when we had questions and made himself available throughout the day for us. Shawn worked hard in order to figure out what exactly what we were looking for in a house, communicating with the seller's agent, working with our lender to get clarification and assisting us with finding contractors for needed repairs.
