Channin was great. I told her what I was looking for and within a day, she found some great condos for me to look at. Turns out, I bought the 2nd one shown to me. At 8 months pregnant, she gave 110%. Channin is also very knowledgeable of the area and the up to date building codes. That was very important to me because I didn't want to buy a condo and then discover it isnt up to code. I was involved in an automobile wreck two days before closing. I would have never made if Channin wasnt there helping me every step of the way. She went back and did another walk through for me so I could get to my doctors appointment. I can't say enough about her commitment to helping me find a beautiful condo I now call home.
