Paula was there by my side every step of the way and never treated me poorly for not knowing the home sale process. However, when it comes to negotiating, Paula is a tiger. Paula did such a good job buying my house that I had her help me sell the house. I interviewed other seller agents but ended up going with Paula again, because she's just that awesome. She's a regular at church related assemblies so you know she's not nefarious at heart. Save yourself some time, skip interviewing other realtors and pick Paula. Thanks again Paula for everything!!!

In 2019 we were looking to move after retiring from the military. We asked her if she would recommend selling or renting it out. After asking what our goals were, she recommended we rent it out. I was so impressed with her honesty; she knew we would have used her as the realtor, yet she recommended what was best for us instead. We eventually decided to sell in 2021. As expected, she was amazing from start to finish. She is a true professional in every respect, efficient and responsive. She has unquestionable integrity; I cannot recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Paula has been great from start to finish. My family and I were moving from Jacksonville to Pace due to work obligations. Being 5 hours away made this a hard task since the market is so hot right now. But Paula was able to help us pull this off. Paulas extensive local knowledge of the area was impressive, we ended up buying in a neighborhood that fits us perfect. During the hunt Paula worked with us making video walk throughs so we could see the houses we wanted. She gave us real and honest opinions of what she was seeing, which allowed my wife and I to make an educated decision on which houses we wanted to make offers on. We lost our first bid but was quickly able to make offer on second home which we won. During the wait time before closing, I was able to travel over and meet with Paula to view our home and do an in person walk thru. Paula answered all questions and was able to assist in getting community information for us as well. The closing process went very smooth, and I was impressed with that process as well. My father is now looking at homes in the area to move as well and he will be using Paula as well. When we decide to sale and buy another home Paula will be our go to. Please give Paula your consideration when looking for a local, knowledgeable real estate agent.

The house in Florida was still under construction and she met us previous times so we could see the progress. She was always available for any questions or concerns. She went so far that she would take walk-through videos of the house so we could see improvements and not have to make the 3 hour drive. Even after we moved in, she was still there for us. Hands down, she's the best realtor ever!

Paula not only kept us calm during the whole process, she handled every difficult issue with what can only be called grace.
