There were so many highlights having both Ralph and Edie as my realtors, I don't even know where to begin. Buying a home could be stressful at times but Ralph and Edie made it very pleasant, easy, and really puts you at ease. Ralph and Edie's attention to detail is extraordinary and this is what differentiates them from others. They take their time in their intensive research of the area. There is nothing that escapes their attention when it comes to property for sale in the area. Edie and Ralph are expert at contract negotiations. They saved me thousands and thousands of dollars and also maximized the value of my home with their knowledge. I also found them both to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was their only customers (although I know that was not the case). They returned all phone calls and emails the same day and mainly on the spot. I never felt neglected and she always has the answers for me. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Both Ralph and Edie are authentic and truly cares for their clients. They went above and beyond with the entire process and I had an amazing experience having them as my realtor. I am pleased to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I have very high expectations and they exceeded that and then some. They are hands down the best in the business and if I ever need to move again, they will be my first choice in real estate agents. I am very grateful to have them both as my realtors.
