ZillowVERIFIED Ralph and Edie Realtors Extraordinary they truly are, We drove to Las Vegas from Colorado to tour several houses with Ralph did not want any houses we tour came back to Colorado few days later received phone call from Ralph and Edie they found a house that had all the requirements we wanted, we looked at all the pictures, Edie recommended Ralph go through the entire house on video, After the inspection Ralph went over each items on the inspection list, We agreed to purchase the house. Each processing steps were explained by phone, text and Edie also explained each processing steps on video. It took from start to finish closing and receiving the keys to the house 3 weeks, that was amazing, outstanding effort on Ralph and Edie very knowledgeable of the process, superior at their job. ZillowVERIFIED Ralph and Edie Rodriguez are easily the best real estate agents I have ever worked with or met. Before hiring Ralph, I read his reviews, and they convinced me to hire him. I was not disappointed. First, Ralph and Edie are easy to get in contact with. There were several times I called or sent at night, and they always answered right away. Second, Ralph really knows the area and comps. I interviewed over a dozen agents, and many made claims about what they could do that were obviously false. For example, one agent claimed they sold a house near me for well more than the current comps. I researched her claim and found out that the house sold for $50k less than what she said. I really respected Ralph's transparency and knowledge. It translated into proper expectations and a much quicker sale. Third, Ralph always completed and forwarded every contract quickly. Fourth, Ralph and Edie fought several battles for me behind the scenes. They truly made the selling process as stress free as possible. Much more can be said about this team, but suffice it say that Ralph and Edie are solid agents and you will not regret hiring them.

However, we had to take a chance at someone from Movoto because we were in a time crunch in getting property within just a month. We met with Ralph and Edie and I must say aEURoewe fell in love with themaEUR?. They were just fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional with a great sense of humor and most of all - they are VERY HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY! I have given them a list of houses we wanted to check and they got on top of it and showed every single thing on the list with the exceptions of the ones that arent fit for us. Trust me when I say you will NEVER hear them be pushy on getting a certain property. My previous agent in SD was way too pushy and I got the property that aEURoeshe wantedaEUR? for me. Before I met him I had one realtor ignore me every time I wanted to see a house and another one told me what I wanted was impossible and "will never happen". Ralph never said no. Instead, he found a way to get everything done for me. I felt like other people didn't take me or my business seriously because I was not fully educated on the process of buying a home. Ralph took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was very patient and made things easy for me to understand and take care of.
