John was the best agent we have ever had. Stayed on top of our closingand made it happen. We would highly recommend John. Our house hadbeen on the market for 2 years . John was highly recommended to usand in Oct of 2014 we changed to John at Caldwell Bankers in Ft. Collins,Colorado. He sold our house 11/20/14. Because of location we had complications which John stayed on top of. We have closed this house withhis help. As stated, he is the best realtor we have ever had and would highlyrecommend him. He went far and beyond what was required. He is the BEST We lived in a Mtn. community in Colorado that had been depressed for severalyears. The gated, golf course community is now under new owners. Becauseof the depressed market it was hard to get an appraisal, especially during theholidays....John made this happen. He also took care of a lot of minor requirements that were needed done to the house. We live in Red Feather onlyin the Summer and were not there for final inspection . John took care of everything for us. Can not tell you how much we appreciated all he did.We recommend him to all our friends.

Michele Jones Helped me sell a Condo and purchase a new home.Michele was right there for me from the first phone call. She was kind and caring and really made me feel like I was her only client. She was extremely knowledgeable of the whole process. I also used Michele to purchase a home and the whole process went very smooth. She worked close with my lender to stay on top of things and I never had to worry about either the selling or buying. She did all the negotiation with the selling of my condo and she was up front and honest with me about items that were negotiable and items that were not. I never once felt like she was just exaggerating in order to get me to agree to a negotiation on the sell. With the purchase of my new home, she was right there with me the whole way. When my wife and I started this process we originally set out to re-fi our home and do some upgrades. But a friend told us about Michele and how she had sold their home in just a few hours, in the same neighborhood, and that it might be worth looking into having her come take a look at our home. It's a decision we would not regret. Michele first came over to look at our home and give us an estimate of how much she thought she could sell it for. Once we heard the number we excited but she said she needed to find us a new home before she could put it ours on the market. She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted in our new home and immediately found listings for us to review. We narrowed those down to about a dozen and we went and looked at them all one Saturday. There were a couple that we really liked and one that was our dream home. We went back on Sunday to look at it again and knew for sure it was the one. Within a few hours we had an accepted contract offer. The very next weekend we pit our house on the market and in less than 48 hours we had an offer on our home for full asking price.Michele Jones is very good at what she does. She was very patient and responsive with all of our questions and concerns. She even referred a handyman that helped fix a couple of inspection issues for a very reasonable price. We will recommend Michele to all our friends and family in the Northern Colorado area who need a Realtor.
