What clients say about this agent....
Michele and her team went above and beyond. Extraordinarily professional, responsive, and absolutely amazing!
I glad Michele Taylor was Agent for saleing my house .It was the first I sold .Some thing new for me.I give Michele Taylor a 10.
Jeep was a great help very professional and did a great job marketing.
Although we had a good experience with Michele we had lots of problems with the builder and we sometimes didnt know where we stood, what we should do or who to contact. Once we were able to contact Michele she always seemed to be on our side, protecting us and our investment. She was always professional and sometimes brutally honest which is probably what we needed as we were first time home buyers. Although this process is frustrating I would recommend her as we always felt she had our back.
Michele was responsive, flexible and supportive throughout the process of listing and selling my home. She was professional and communicated the process and status of everything timely.
I would have to say that Michele did a amazing job! She was always available for questions and very responsive. She handled everything very professionally and quickly. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family! I look forward to using her again in the future.
Michele is the best agent we have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a real estate paralegal, I see the entire spectrum of agents, good to bad. She is top notch. Our real estate needs require some very specific things from a property, and this limits what properties can work for us. She never fails to exceed my expectations finding things that could work, helping us navigate the possibilities, and problems with a particular property, and does so with knowledge, grace, patience, and a smile. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home, without hesitation. She truly is the cream of the crop.
Our real estate transaction was challenging involving two separate estates. Michele knowledge and experience allowed this to sell quickly and without any challenges. I highly recommend Michele.
The process in buying our home was fairly seamless. We have found some problems with the house that I wish had been disclosed. Part of that was my responsibility, but I feel that part of that was the homeowner and Realtors responsibility as well.
We used Michelle to sell our property because she gave us a deal on commission via a postcard ad sent to us in the mail. She is outgoing and nice, and we were able to get a hold of her at any time, but because of her mistake Title almost overcharged us $400 for commission on our settlement paperwork at signing/closing. Had we not noticed, we would have been charged more commission than what we had legally signed with her on the listing contract. We learned that Title in CO does not go by the legal listing agreement, and does not require this legally binding contract to be put in their file. Instead, they simply put down on the settlement sheet whatever the seller's agent verbally tells them commission should be. Bottom line, there is no regulation or protection for the seller in the event the agent makes a mistake on commission amount. Title had the correct commission fee when they emailed us the final settlement statement for review two days prior to closing, but Michele contacted Title after she had the final statement in hand and provided a higher commission fee, causing Title to change and update our settlement statement without notifying us. Had we not rechecked the numbers at signing, we might not have ever caught that expensive error! And had we signed, and caught the error later, our only recourse would have been to go to Michele or Resident Realty to try and get reimbursed for that error. That error on commission delayed our signing as Title had to redo the paperwork and lower the commission fee. It also upset us that we were to find out afterward that Michele had never given the listing contract to Title for their file. Sellers need to always make sure commission fees are written on the purchase agreement, not only the listing agreement, due to this lack of regulation by Title that can allow for such large financial mistakes to the seller. Sellers, please make sure all numbers are accurate AT SIGNING. Title companies and agents do make mistakes.
