Maria did a fantastic job helping us sell our Co-op. We couldnt have done it without her. She was patient (even though the co-op sale process took about a year from finding a buyer to getting board approval to eventually closing) and updated us on every step.

Very unprofessional experience. The open house was scheduled from 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM, for the unit at 41-50 78th St, Apt. 319 but the agent did not arrive until around 3:45 PM. When he finally showed up, he did not have access to the unit, so no one was able to view the property. There was little to no communication while everyone waited, no updates about the delay, and no attempt to reschedule the showing. Everyone who took the time to attend was sent home. This was a complete waste of peoples time and reflects a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for both buyers and sellers.
