ZillowVERIFIEDVery unprofessional experience. The open house was scheduled from 3:15 PM to 4:00 PM, for the unit at 41-50 78th St, Apt. 319 but the agent did not arrive until around 3:45 PM. When he finally showed up, he did not have access to the unit, so no one was able to view the property. There was little to no communication while everyone waited, no updates about the delay, and no attempt to reschedule the showing. Everyone who took the time to attend was sent home. This was a complete waste of peoples time and reflects a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for both buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Cris was extremely helpful in helping me find a home to rent. He was always quick with responses to whatever question or concern I had. This was my first time ever using a broker and Cris made me feel confident and safe in using his services. I will definitely recommend him to a friend or a family member if they ever need to find a home. I'm super happy with my new place but even more happy of how smooth the process was to get here thanks to Cris.

ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell my aunt's coop apartment in Queens (Briarwood) NY after relocating her to NJ to be near our family. I didn't know any NYC realtors. The Transfer Agent's office referred me to Cristobal Cottes. I met him at my aunt's coop unit and was immediately comfortable with him. He impressed me with his knowledge of the local market, selling/marketing strategies and the intricacies of selling a coop. He offered to handle everything from A to Z so that I didn't have to travel back and forth to NY. Cristobal, arranged to have the unit cleaned, prepared and staged for showing. He kept me informed on all marketing activities and buyers offers. The process was effortless and worry free to me due to his diligent efforts and ended with a successful sale above the listing price. I would recommend Cristobal to anyone who needs a good realtor. He went the extra mile and I am very grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED Cris has been my broker since 2016, helping me sell inherited estate apartments. Cris knows not only the proper procedures, but the people involved from legal to management which helps immeasurably. He is always focused every step of the way, from finding a buyer, negotiating, submitting paperwork, all the way up through closing. Cris also knows properties and neighborhoods helping ensure that the best asking price is put forth to encourage the best buyers. Finally, I can always rely on Cris to represent my best interests in any sale. I am truly impressed with Cris and his abilities.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Cottes was extremely personable and very professional with my property listing in Bay Ridge. He went above and beyond to make sure my open house was warm, friendly and smelled really good! :). He was available to any prospects that wanted to see my property & I was very grateful for that. He was also able to rent out our commercial facility that had been vacant for 2yrs! If it weren't for him, I'm afraid it would have been pushing 3yrs. Thx again Cristobal Cottes for all your hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED Cristobal is a professional. He was always prompt in his responses and informative to all my queries. Because he was so knowledgeable about the market, he could give me a lot of choices. He was patient and showed me realty that I was interested in as many times as I needed to make up my mind. He was very helpful in my negotiations for a good price, and then later with all the paperwork that I had to submit. In all, my experience with Cris was an excellent one. I honestly, highly recommend Cris if you are thinking of buying or selling a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Cris was very helpful throughout the entire process; I was applying to sublet a co-op apartment and had lots of questions. He helped answer everything to the best of his ability and everything much easier for me. I was moving to NYC for the first time and faced a lot of challenges since I was living out of state during most of the application process. Cris was always available via text to help with things. Moving was also a bit time sensitive for me since I was starting a new job; Cris made sure the expedite the process to the best of his ability. Overall, a wonderful experience!
