Daniel always stayed on top of it from A to Z - from listing to closing. He addressed all our questions and removed any issues we faced during the sale process including checking on a clean title due to erroneously recorded ?probate sale?, personally attended to improving aesthetics of the house, lawn service, etc. I couldn?t have asked for a better realtor. I highly recommend Daniel as the top Real Estate Professional in DFW and I would gladly work with Daniel again in the future.

Courtney was SO helpful, she was so sweet & quick to respond with all of our needs. She helped us find the most perfect rental. She was quick to schedule all of our showings & always let us know any information she found out as soon as possible. We will definitely be using her again when we buy!

We did not have a good experience with Brittany. The most challenging part of working with her was that we could never get a hold of her or get a straight answer from her once we were under contract. Multiple times she would text us back one thing and then tell us another thing over the phone or tell us one thing over the phone and then something different via email. She told us it was because the staff she hired were overseas and didnt always know what they were talking about- but thats a huge problem. Why are you hiring cheap labor abroad that cant actually give us correct information. Another really big ding was we found out that she didnt put in an offer on a house we really wanted. We spoke with the sellers realtor and were told she never came through with the offer. With the house we ended up buying, she never once came to see it. She sent a young, new employee who was under-experienced and didnt catch multiple problems that we found out about after we moved in. At the end of the day she just wanted to get the deal done and she didnt have the patience to talk to us or help us advocate. She was just irritable when we had questions. And once we were under contract it was so hard to get a hold of her, everything was done through her assistants.

Courtney was amazing. She helped us so much. She was so sweet and informative about the houses. She met us every time we asked. Great working with her!!!
