ZillowVERIFIEDZyre was such an amazing help through the home buying process. We could not imagine working with anyone else. He was very thorough, took the time to break everything down and answered all of our questions. This was extremely important to us considering we are first time home buyers. Most importantly, he is extremely passionate about his work and helping families get into the right home for them without any pressure. He takes the time to do things right and looks out for the buyers best interest. We highly recommend picking Zyre as your real estate agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Sullivan made what could of been a long process, Effortless. He is the type of realtor that allows his customers to view the home on their own, without hovering but lets you know he is only steps away if you have questions. This is the 3rd time we have purchased a house and what they say is true "The third times a charm!"

ZillowVERIFIED Zyre Sullivan is very mild-mannered respectful, consistent step by step, play by play kinda guy and gave his very honest opinion and situations on homes that we looked at together anytime he didn't feel good about the home he expressed that but he left it completely up to us. me and my wife just closed on a beautiful home that were very happy with.

ZillowVERIFIED Zyre is a tenacious, fast-paced, and dedicated agent that is willing to go the extra mile for his clients. He was exactly the person my wife and I needed to purchase our first home in DFW: competition was relentless as we were searching for a budget property that had unique character in a ridiculously strong sellers market. On one occasion, we found a property listed on a Monday morning, immediately scheduled a showing in the afternoon, and had a competitive offer submitted by close of business. Zyre was willing to put in all the time and effort we needed and was able to move as quickly as we could muster. He made us feel like we were in it together and he always looked out for our best interest. On a personal note, Zyre is an extremely kind and family-oriented guy that made the otherwise challenging process of buying a home as positive as it possibly could be.
