I became associated with Jennifer through a referral from a previous agent I had worked with 2 years ago. The previous agent exhibited a high degree of professionalism and integrity and I felt good about accepting the referral. The same is true of Jennifer. This was very important since I could only meet with her one time before I had to return home to to another state. Jennifer was very professional and knowledgeable which helps when you are not living in the area where you are selling/or buying your home. Meeting with her at the property made a great difference in my expectation of what this process was going to be like. The way she assessed the condition of the property, her knowledge of the local market and trends and her experience as a pricing strategist made all the difference in how quickly the property sold and the final sale price. Since I was not local to the area Jennifer was very diligent in staying in contact, being responsive and supporting me with advice and solutions to the issues that did occur. Her level of professionalism greatly reduced my anxiety since I was doing this from out of state. She answered questions, stayed connect up to and after the sale was completed. Jennifer is capable, professional and I believe will meet or exceed any clients expectation for a successful real estate transaction.

Deborah helped guide us through the process of finding a home at an affordable price. Once we found the home we liked, there were a few issues with the siding that she addressed to the owners' realtor. She helped us obtain enough money from the seller to cover repair costs.
