ZillowVERIFIEDHeidi Hines and her associate, John are the best realtors I have ever worked with, bar none. She sold two homes for us. My husband and I have moved many many times and have never received the service and/or expertise this reality company offers. John even showed me a house that was $40,000 less than what I was looking at and I knew right away, he was correct. No other realtor would do that!!! They do exactly as they say they will and take care of every need. Heidi even found a realtor for me in CA and made sure that realtor stayed on the ball and got the house I wanted. I hope (and am praying) that I will be able to move back to NC and Heidi Hines Real Estate will be my first telephone call.

ZillowVERIFIED im helped us purchase 2 homes as well as sell our townhome all in the Charlotte area. We would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to BUY OR SELL. He was BY FAR the most knowledgeable agent we worked with. If you are open to it he gave us great advice on getting our home ready to sell so it showed well for buyers and he did extensive marketing for our townhome that ultimately got it sold. On the purchase side of things he was a tremendous asset for finding exactly what we were looking for (one personal residence and one investment property) and more importantly he is precise with what home values are and how to negotiate to get it (or below). We wanted someone who did real estate full time and a high volume which Tim does and he didn't disappoint.

She presented us with a very professional market analysis and recommendation for our listing price. She then hired a professional photographer to capture the our homes charm and designed a beautiful pamphlet and video show. She then kept us informed on a regular basis on changes in the neighborhood market and provided timely feedback when our house was shown. Once we had a contract she managed all the loose ends making sure we kept on tract and closed on time.

ZillowVERIFIED I tried to rate at least one of the attributes less than 5 stars so it didn't look like I'm one of Heidi's relatives. But the truth is, she deserves 5 stars on all these parameters. I chose her because of her knowledge of Highland Creek. She explained the process before we started, and that's exactly how it went. I did need to phone her on a half dozen occasions, and she always answered or got back to me shortly. And finally, she helped us navigate through the offer and the inspection list; always giving options, but willing to offer her best advise. We've sold a few houses over the years, and this was by far the best experience we've had.

We sold our house through Heidi and were completely impressed from the start. Her market knowledge, attention to detail, responsiveness and quality of approach is stellar. She differentiated our house from others on the market and thus allowed our house to stand out as the must have for home buyers. Her advise in negotiations made us more comfortable and allowed us to make more money. Our review is not just based on her results with our home sale, we have seen those same results with others we have recommended her to. ZillowVERIFIED Heidi Hines did amazing work for my wife and I. We met with Heidi in early February 2012 (along with other realtors), and were impressed by her knowledge and "can-do" attitude. We chose her as our realtor two weeks later, and put our home for sale. Our home was in a challenging area of Charlotte, one riddled with foreclosures and short sales. But Heidi took on the task head-on, helped us find an acceptable price point, and our first showing resulted in an offer. She told us to wait for a better one, and two weeks later, we got it.She negotiated relentlessly on our behalf, and it paid off. Our home sold for the highest price in our neighborhood, and a year later (even as the market recovers) it still the highest sale price. Heidi's accessibility, knowledge of the area, and negotiating skills made for a great combination. If we ever needed her, she was always there for us. We would recommend Heidi to anyone. She doesn't sit back and wait for things to happen - her drive and determination create offers for every seller.
