I had to sell my brother's house after he passed away, and from 1000 miles away. Not only did Richard conduct the sale professionally, but he went above and beyond. He would stop by and check the house regularly, and if/when there was an issue, he knew how to handle it. I would engage him again with no hesitation whatsoever.

Don was wonderful to work with. Always available to answer questions. Don had an unusual sale as we had a large farm and a 69acre plot with a cell tower, the farm house had 49acres with a cell tower.
