EXP Realty

Gian was a great asset who is very knowledgeable about the area. He was very responsive and had several apartments available for showings. He helped make an overwhelming and complicated process very simple. I recommend!

Gian helped our son find an apartment and even sent videos of an apartment when our son couldn't personally view it due to college commitments. He was also very responsive to our inquiries.

Gian was friendly and professional, and throughout the entire process of looking for a home in Hoboken, was the only agent who my wife and I felt was in our corner helping us succeed.

Gian made my experience finding a new apartment so smooth. Gian was incredible, from the moment we got in touch, to the moment we signed the lease! He was not just trying to sell us an apartment, he was trying to find the right fit for us, and he continuously listened and answered any questions we had through the whole process! Moving/apartment hunting can be stressful and he did a great job helping us navigate every step of the way. He negotiated for us and got us a great deal! He worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed, even beyond the scope of what he is required to do! Gian went above and beyond through the entire process, and I will certainly be contacting him again for my next apartment search!

Gian did an exceptional job finding apartments in my price range and with the amenities that I needed. He was very responsive and personable, I would strongly recommend working with him.
