This is my 2nd purchase with the Dean Clark Group so going in, i already knew i would be in good hands. We once had the opportunity to increase our bid on a certain house and he was honest with us and thought that it would need more repairs then we could afford so we listened to him and passed. The next house that came along was perfect for us, but there was an issue with the property still having an underground oil tank. We took his advice on how best to handle the situation. It came out satisfactory and won our bid. In a competitive housing market, you definitely want him on your side. He is a great negotiator. This was 2016. He still remembers us and gives advice when needed.

We looked off and on for 2 years and each time Dean would give his expertise in helping us evaluate each home, pointing out things that would and wouldn't help with the resale value, saving us from a few bad choices. He was also great with my toddler who was tagging along with us all day to look at places. When we final found one we loved, Dean again stepped up with his expertise in negotiations. With the summer 2021 market being hard to buy in and sellers knowing they have a strong advantage, Dean expertly guided us through the process and was AMAZING during negotiations. He saved us time, money, and frustration. We got the first house we bid on, avoided a bidding war, and saved money. From there he continued to provide access to his network of people who could help us finish the process of closing and even followed up after we moved in to make sure we had everything we needed. It was such a pleasure having Dean in this process. He has set a very high bar for any realtor I might have in the future.
