As a first time homebuyer, I really enjoyed working with Vanessa. She's absolutely great!! Very friendly, communicative, & transparent. I can tell she really cares about her clients and puts her all into her work. Highly Recommend! I want to preface that prior to working with her, I had a property in mind already and I urgently needed an agent. I had called a local agency, The Jon & Leslie Foster Real Estate Group, thru some quick google / online searching and Leslie assigned me to Vanessa. She walked me through the entire process and answered allll my questions. I felt like I could trust her throughout the entire process. Even though there was some hiccups (as part of any transaction), Vanessa always kept me updated on the latest status; she was very communicative and transparent. For me as the buyer, I felt like overall my experience was relatively smooth thanks to her! I know that behind the scenes she did a lot of heavy lifting. I also want to add that after closing, when I arrived at my new home for the key, she surprised me with some HOME letter balloons & a bottle of wine. It was such a nice gesture!
