Overall, my experience working with Elissa was negative. She was abrasive and rude and not a great communicator. She did not recommend a single house to me. I sourced every house we saw together. Elissa clearly only cared about a paycheck. She gave us our keys the morning of the final walkthrough at the same time she told me she would not be coming to the closing with my attorney. I was holding out in hopes of receiving some sort of closing gift, but that never came. Everyone else I know that has purchased a home recently received a care package or personalized closing gift. On top of not receiving a thing, I never heard from her after our morning walk-through... DO NOT work with Elissa if you care about personal relationships and would like a long-term real estate agent! I will certainly source a new agent next time I am looking to buy or sell.

Annemarie's experience, expertise, and contacts were invaluable to us after the sale of our house to an investor fell through last summer. Annemarie did an amazing job guiding me through the home buying process in this white hot sellers market. Whether it were nights, weekends, or holidays, Annemarie was always available to talk or go to a showing (near or far). Given the market, it took me months to find my home, but Annemarie was there for me the entire way keeping me optimistic. She is knowledgeable, honest, and extremely reliable. I would recommend Annemarie to any home buyer looking for a great agent!
