ZillowVERIFIEDWe worked with Elissa and The Balestracci Group in search of a home in Worcester County. Elissa was a phenomenal partner and I would strongly recommend leveraging her expertise, whether you're looking for your 1st or 10th home. Her knowledge of both the local market and overall real estate market is second to none. She is an excellent communicator and always made herself readily available to assist with any request we had. Whether it was working around our busy schedules to see properties, answering questions about the home buying process, or helping to coordinate the various moving pieces of the transaction - Elissa exceeded all of our expectations and always worked diligently to ensure our needs were met. She was extremely professional, organized, and detail-oriented and it's clear that she takes great pride in the skillset that she's developed. Thank you for the amazing work, Elissa!

He, and his team, expertly guided us through the entire process from the idea phase, prepping for sale, listing, showings, sorting through many offers, accepting an offer, inspections, and closing Mark definitely has a gift and a passion for what he does and you can tell that he loves his job and the services he provides. His expertise, experience, ethics, and character make him the perfect choice. He explained everything, answered every question, which we had a lot of. Mark was always available and responsive. ZillowVERIFIED Mark was recommended to us by a work colleague and we could not be happier that he was. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and quick thinking which was very valuable in a market as crazy as this was. In addition to his great insight he provided a calm and steady voice in an otherwise stressful process especially on the first weekend of showings selling a property for the first time. He helped to keep me focused, ready and calm throughout this process. He was also very patient with me as we looked for a house that fit our goals and needs. I could not recommend Mark, Matt, Shannon and the rest of his team (who were extremely helpful as well) more highly.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to buy a home or sell your home, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elissa Rafferty Comeau with The Balestracci Group at Exp Realty. I embarked on this journey in January, a single mom, not really knowing if I had the ability and fortitude to actually buy my own home. I was very intimidated and didnt even know where to start. I posted on the town of Oxford FB page asking for recommendations for a realtor who was very familiar with the Town of Oxford. The thread was flooded with names, but Elissas name by far showed up the most. She was the very first one to contact me that same day and scheduled a zoom call for that evening. We immediately clicked and I knew I found the perfect agent that I could trust and would have my back every step of the way. And that she did. She knows her stuff and if there was something she wasnt sure of, immediately tracked down the answer. She is professional, and also very personable. Elissa will do whatever it takes to find you your perfect home. The boys and I are truly grateful for everything she has done for us. ??????

ZillowVERIFIED We recently hired Mark to sell our home in Oxford. After an awful experience with the Real Estate agent we hired to buy our first house roughly 5 years ago, we were looking for an agent that was dedicated to helping us sell our first home and Mark was just that! My husband was away for work and working nights for the majority of the time we worked with Mark. Mark took the time to come over to our house, on a SUNDAY, taking time away from his family to ensure that my husband was able to meet him and be comfortable working with him, before my husband left for his job. Mark was extremely professional, he made us a priority, he took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions, and we had ALOT being that it was our first time selling a home. For example when we discussed listing price for our property, he sat down with us, showed us comparable properties in our area and explained why those properties had more or less value than ours. Other realtors we had looked at when shopping did their research on their own time and then tossed the packet of comparable properties at us with no explanation like we were supposed to understand. So we really appreciated that Mark took the time and initiative to break it all down for us. I was primarily the one communicating with Mark, and I really appreciated his quick response time. For example: When I called to inquire about using Mark, he originally missed my call, 2 MINUTES LATER he called me back! When we were originally realtor shopping, another realtor called me back 3 days later, and two other realtors NEVER called me back. Anytime I texted Mark, he replied almost immediately! The highest point for me though, was that he took the time to do a conference call with my husband and me since he was working out of state, at 9:30 pm on a SUNDAY NIGHT to help us sort through the offers we received on our house and talk about what everything meant. HE IS OUTSTANDING! We would 1000% hire him again if we weren't moving across the country. Seriously if you need a realtor don't waste your time looking elsewhere, Mark is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is an absolute professional. He knows the local market inside and out and is open and honest. He doesn't just look to get a quick deal done. Mark took the time, to keep us informed, discuss all the options and let us make educated decisions. I would use him any time and recommend him to anyone looking for the best realtor in the metro-west area.

ZillowVERIFIED There arent enough words to describe how amazing our experiences have been when working with Mark Balestracci and his team! He helped my husband and I buy our first home 5 years ago, and just helped us sell that one and buy another. Both experiences were amazing with him! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. He made all of the processes so easy to understand and helped ease any anxiety we had throughout the selling and buying of our houses. Hes very honest, which we loved, and we felt very comfortable knowing that he would assure we made the right decisions, without pushing us into any deals. We hope to never have to move again, but if we do, Mark will be the first and only person we contact to help us again!

ZillowVERIFIED Mark is a fantastic realtor. We had a three year search that resulted in our home in Sutton . Mark assisted with our buying and selling of our Millbury home. He is incredibly responsive, knows everyone and everything needed to get things done. His patience through our two purchases and one sale has been amazing. He wanted us to find the right house and was willing to lose a sale if the house wasnt worth it or quality was poor. He doesnt miss anything and is always available. He and his team are he best. ZillowVERIFIED This is our second experience working with Mark, though I have kept in touch with him for years. I would not consider another realtor whether as a buyer or seller.Mark is very plugged into the market, from specifics on the towns he serves to the latest marketing tools.Mark and his team pitched in when we fell behind getting the house emptied out prior to the final "walk through." Were it not for their dedication - and Mark's connection with other key resources to help take away the stuff we were forced to part with - things could have gone south in a hurry!Choose Mark for your real estate needs, and you will NOT be disappointed!
