John Marinaccio took two hours and explain ed to me every part of the contract for buying a house, he never ever pressured me to sign any paper work until I understood what I was signing. He showed me over about ten to twenty homes and did not pressure me at any time about buying that house. I worked with other realitors before, they were very forceful and aggressive tring to get me buy a house. They would call at 11 o'clock at night talking about we need up our bid two and thosand dollar, even lie on the contracts uping the price of home five thousand dollars, agree for me to pay closing cost.
