ZillowVERIFIED Woking with John was AMAZING. He truly goes above and beyond his duties as a realtor. Sold our home in a day, great advice on what we needed to do to maximize the sale, and made the closing process fast and easy. I have already recommended John to people I know as well as people I dont that are posting that they are in need of a realtor and will continue to do so. Thanks John! Look forward to working with you in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED John Marinaccio took two hours and explain ed to me every part of the contract for buying a house, he never ever pressured me to sign any paper work until I understood what I was signing. He showed me over about ten to twenty homes and did not pressure me at any time about buying that house. I worked with other realitors before, they were very forceful and aggressive tring to get me buy a house. They would call at 11 o'clock at night talking about we need up our bid two and thosand dollar, even lie on the contracts uping the price of home five thousand dollars, agree for me to pay closing cost. John Marinaccio was very truthful in every step of the way of my home ownership experience. Thanks for a Great job Iike my new home.

ZillowVERIFIED AWESOME! is the only way to describe John and the service he provides. My Husband and I had to relocate on a month notice with one week of on the ground house hunting. He (and his team) made the entire process EASY! He's a joy to be around and work with.We put in an offer on our dream house which wasn't accepted and John was immediately available to show us more homes due to the time constraints we had. We ended up seeing the home that suited our current needs. We crafted an offer on a home and it was accepted with little negotiating needed! He chased down the repairs that we needed, paperwork was in order, and insured our home was ready before the closing date.My Husband and I are sold on the Team AWESOME experience! There's no other realtor for us.

ZillowVERIFIED John was a with us in the sale of our home all the way. He was always willing to answer questions and to provide information that enabled us to make informed decisions. Even though we lived in another State at the time of the sale, John was as close as a phone call, text or email.

ZillowVERIFIED John did an amazing job for my wife and I. He went out of his way to do all the little things that we asked. Showed us amazing homes, helped to understand the market value, and even helped find contractors for work we wanted to do after closing. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED John and his team are great to work with. It is like your part of the family. He respected our budget. In previous experiences with others they would show higher priced homes which was a waste of time. John does not. Also he is on top of everything, guiding us through each step. We love the home we are in and the fantastic neighborhood.
