Kristen is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the area. She takes time to get to know her buyers so she can select homes that work. She was always available to answer any questions we had, and as first time home buyers, the questions were frequent! She has definitely found her passion in finding people their perfect home! Kristen is amazing. We have moved many times and Kristen made this the best experience of any of our moves. We lived out of state and could not get back to our new home as it was being built. Kristen went every week, walked the house, showed us what was happening on Face Time, sent videos, and took pictures. It as like being there in person. She stayed in constant communication with the builder on any and all issues. She helped with getting set up with an attorney and whenever anything was need for legal paperwork she was there to help. She is a god send and will make anyone's move so much easier. On top of that she is a great person. We could not be happier that we found her.

We moved across the country over the summer and Mac Realty came highly recommended. As a first time home buyer, I didn't fully appreciate the value of a great realtor - but I do now. Kristen and Eli were just fantastic to work with. They took the time to get to know us and really just "got us". I was so impressed how they quickly honed in on what we were looking for, even as our own wants evolved from house to house. They helped us understand the buying process and the market in terms we could follow and, at times, were our therapists as we had some ups and downs. In the end, we found a home we have loved that is everything we wanted. Moving across the country is stressful, but with their expert help, buying a house was manageable and probably the easiest part of our relocation. Once we were ready to begin looking more seriously, she drove out to numerous homes for us, including existing and new construction and took detailed videos for us of every inch of the homes. She was also in constant communication with the management of the new construction site we were interested in. She was there the second we needed her to write up offers which is especially important in this competitive real estate market. She truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process and continues to be an amazing resource for any questions we have now that we have moved to the area.
