ZillowVERIFIEDWe moved across the country over the summer and Mac Realty came highly recommended. As a first time home buyer, I didn't fully appreciate the value of a great realtor - but I do now. Kristen and Eli were just fantastic to work with. They took the time to get to know us and really just "got us". I was so impressed how they quickly honed in on what we were looking for, even as our own wants evolved from house to house. They helped us understand the buying process and the market in terms we could follow and, at times, were our therapists as we had some ups and downs. In the end, we found a home we have loved that is everything we wanted. Moving across the country is stressful, but with their expert help, buying a house was manageable and probably the easiest part of our relocation. No reservations in recommending them and we will use them again if we buy/sell again.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the pleasure of working with Kristen while purchasing a home in North Carolina while we were living in the North East. Kristen is far and away the best realtor I have ever worked with. From start to finish, she was there for us for all of our needs. When we visited the area she devoted herself to showing us all of the neighborhoods that we were interested in. Once we were ready to begin looking more seriously, she drove out to numerous homes for us, including existing and new construction and took detailed videos for us of every inch of the homes. She was also in constant communication with the management of the new construction site we were interested in. She was there the second we needed her to write up offers which is especially important in this competitive real estate market. She truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process and continues to be an amazing resource for any questions we have now that we have moved to the area. I would highly recommend working with Kristen.
ZillowVERIFIEDKristen is amazing. We have moved many times and Kristen made this the best experience of any of our moves. We lived out of state and could not get back to our new home as it was being built. Kristen went every week, walked the house, showed us what was happening on Face Time, sent videos, and took pictures. It as like being there in person. She stayed in constant communication with the builder on any and all issues. She helped with getting set up with an attorney and whenever anything was need for legal paperwork she was there to help. She is a god send and will make anyone's move so much easier. On top of that she is a great person. We could not be happier that we found her.
ZillowVERIFIEDKristen McCutcheon is a true pro. Her desire to find the perfect home for her clients shows in every step of the home buying process. We are new to NC and we moved with in two weeks of a job offer. We needed a home fast. Kristen spent time with us showing us the area and several houses. We decided at this time it was best for us to rent and she helped us secure a rental. We now are in the process of finding our dream house and we will not work with anyone other than Kristen! Kristen is knowledgable and always working on finding new ways to learn about her trade so she can give the best for her customers. She is a wonderful listener and takes the time to truly understand what the client needs and wants are. She understands everyone is looking for something different and she helps you narrow down all your choices and presents your best options. Kristen is not afraid of working hard and is dedicated to your home search, home listing, or any other real estate need. She will not quit until you are truly satisfied. Working with Kristen McCutcheon is wonderful and you walk away knowing you are getting the best investment you possibly can.
ZillowVERIFIEDKristen is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the area. She takes time to get to know her buyers so she can select homes that work. She was always available to answer any questions we had, and as first time home buyers, the questions were frequent! She has definitely found her passion in finding people their perfect home! I would definitely recommend her for anyone interested in selling or buying a new home!
