Randee was easy to reach at all times during the home-buying process. She was generous with her time, she took us out and gave us a 45-minute plus tour of a single property and then did it again when we expressed interest. She was careful to wear a mask and make sure everything was safe for our tours. She was knowledgeable about the property we were interested in and shared her extensive personal experience about the local area. She communicated frequently with the listing agent to keep us updated on the status of our offer and counter-offers, repair requests, inspections, and the contingency-removal and escrow process. She communicated with us via text, email, and phone calls, and in-person, and made sure we knew if we had anything to sign and what the next step was. Whatever questions we had she got answered. Highly recommend!
