She showed me homes, taught me how to negotiate, and even helped me understand the loan process. Buying a home can be emotional and she was there through thick and thin! It doesn't matter how much of an emotional wreck I became, she was there! She has great knowledge and is very willing to explain things so that you understand the home buying process. Marguerite's team is also just as knowledgeable and caring! Get with her team and you will be set up for success!

ZillowVERIFIED Marguerite is very professional, as most realtors are, but the difference between the "ordinary" realtor and Marguerite is that Marguerite really cares about her customers/clients, which to me is the most important talent she offers. No mater what your situation may be, Marguerite takes personal interest in finding you the home that will meet your needs. Also after the sale Marguerite will follow up with you to make sure everything is "perfect" for you. NO I'm not getting paid for this review , I'm speaking from my experience in working with Marguerite and how she always treats me with respect and kindness. We are glad we did it this September 2015. We found Marguerite Crespillo at ZILLOW website, read her profile, and viewed clients and peers reviews and recommendations. Our experience with her have been POSITIVE since day one. Our first impression of her- credible, the real deal :-). We felt at ease talking to her and felt she really listened. We knew she was the ONE best fit for us. Working with Marguerite, we saw in her the honest and fair representation. Her communication was clear. She kept us up-to-date and responded to our clarifications and inquiries in a timely manner. Her attention to details, expertise and years of experience made our home sale process went smoothly. ZillowVERIFIED It's been 6 months since I've purchased my new house and I still love it. Marguerite was crazy good in getting me the best deal! She got me the house, even though the other offer was higher, and I received the good news right away after my offer, very quick. She had good relationships with the selling broker and/or real estate parties involved. She was right there with expert advice during the negotiations regarding repairs prior to the sale, helping me through the inspections and dealing with the seller on repairs. The signing went smooth (even though it was a rainy day) and in the end she was so generous giving me a "best wishes" care package with my new house keys (which I needed asap - how did she know?). The entire process went very smooth. After the purchase? She still stays in touch, making sure all is well, and even offered to help deal with the home warranty folks for any after sale repairs (although, so far, so good-none needed). I would whole-heartedly recommend Marguerite to all who are looking to purchase a home, and if I ever move, she will be my realtor. Thanks so much Marguerite!

Although she just helped my husband and I purchase our first home, I remember her selling my parents one of their homes, and almost every home since she has been a part of. She has a way of making you trust her almost immediately, because she tells it how it is, but with charming reassurance that she will do everything in her power to find the house that is right for us. We lucked out because we ended up purchasing the home in which we were renting, however it was still no easy process, despite not having to pack or move. We almost gave up a few times but Marguerite's experience and positive attitude kept us looking until we found the best house for our family. She was there for us ANY time we needed a question answered or if our confidence waned and we needed a pep talk! We love how she was always available to answer any questions. Some times the process can be confusing and over whelming. She always returned emails or phone calls immediately. Marguerite has a positive and upbeat attitude, which made us feel more comfortable when we were feeling unsure and stressed out!We finally got an offer accepted and after thinking about it we felt that it wasn't the right one for us. She didn't make us feel pressured to settle. She always said that we would find the right one.
