Alex made buying a home easy! Alex made my family a priority, and was always available for showings and questions. I toured most of the houses with my one year old, which was a little challenging at times, and Alex remained patient, supportive and accommodating to our needs. He was super responsive, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a professional who makes this process a little bit easier, Alex is your guy!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Alex! He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. He made the entire process feel smooth and manageable, always taking the time to answer our questions and explain everything clearly. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for making this such a positive experience.

Alex Huber and Chase Krause were a pleasure to work with! We were under a tight deadline, and they went above and beyond to show us as many homes as possible while ensuring everything stayed on track. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, we were able to close on our home in less than five weeks. Alex was especially helpful during the inspection process, negotiating effectively on our behalf and making sure we received a fair deal. He also provided excellent recommendations for an inspector, sewer scope, and radon mitigation services, which made the process much less stressful. As first-time homebuyers, we couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. We highly recommend Alex and Chase to anyone looking to buy a home!

As a first time homebuyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. Alex made the process simple with clear communication and professionalism. Throughout the whole process, I always knew our current step in the process and what we could expect next. Alex is knowledgeable of realty and the local area. Made buying our dream home a breeze.

Alex has worked with us in Colorado for nearly the past 15 years. He has brought us great success in both buying and selling our homes over the years. Most recently Alex has worked extensively with us in an more trying market providing us with unmatched professional service, even when we have been uncertain or back and forth on what we want to do. You can count on honesty, integrity, and hard work when dealing with Alex. We are not the easiest customers to work with and we greatly appreciate his guidance and expertise. Additionally, his Broker Chase Krause runs a fantastic company and upholds the most professional service, which in this day and age is really saying something. These guys are top notch human beings and realtors. A rare breed in today's uncertain world. We will continue to rely on Alex in the future for all our real estate needs and highly recommend anyone seeking a 5 star realtor to do the same.
