ZillowVERIFIED Alex worked with us over 6 months in the summer of 2021 to find our "dream home" in Evergreen. He was responsive, prompt, friendly and not pushy. He provided essential guidance for the Evergreen area, for the current sellers market, and in negotiating offers and eventually our purchase. We highly recommend him! More below... We found Alex through Zillow because we saw an Evergreen home we wanted to view (months before were were really looking). He connected with us immediately and promptly got a viewing appointment. During that first visit, he was friendly, provided guidance about Evergreen (e.g. no AC), the market (e.g. most selling at 50-100K over asking), and respectful of our timeline. Months later we found another house we wanted to view, and reached out to Alex again. He again promptly scheduled a viewing for us and guided us through our first offer, speaking directly to our financial person and then working with him directly for our bridge loan. Alex then worked with us on weekends to see every home we requested, including homes he recommended to us. During negotiations, he had open communication with us, and frequently talked with the selling realtor before we put down offers, and then throughout. He guided us in our financial negotiations, providing analysis of our net after selling our current home, viewing our home to provide an estimate listing price, and helping advise us through the back and forth contract negotiations. After our contract went through, he guided us on unique steps required for purchasing a mountain home, including wells, septic, and our difficulty finding home insurance. Alex was an excellent realtor for us, and one we would highly recommend.

Alex is my go to guy for all of my real estate transactions. We just sold my house and everything was done professionally from the get go. First professional pictures were taken of the property and the house was under contract 3 days after listing. He has top notch negotiating skills, sometimes it's the desired outcome sometimes it's not but Alex is gonna get you the best deal he can from negotiating with buyers and sellers agents to getting you the best deal on any repairs that have to be made.

I think it goes without saying, but working with the right realtor is an absolute necessity in this market. After many very unsuccessful months and about 10 offers, my husband and I sat down and re-evaluated what we could do differently to change our trajectory: a new agent - in comes Alex. After meeting Alex at a random open house months back, we reached out on a whim and he met us just 2 days later to see a house which is really when our luck changed. The difference in experiences since working with Alex was night and day. He is on top of everything - industry knowledge, market knowledge, strategies, you name it. He has a knack for making you feel as if you're his only client - always available and one step ahead. Alex builds rapport quickly with listing agents which is pivotal in such a competitive market. ZillowVERIFIED Ive taken the time to speak with several real estate agents over the last year, as my partners and I launch our new real estate investment company. Choosing Alex as our preferred realtor was an easy decision for us by the first time we sat down with him. He was extremely knowledgeable, and it was obvious that he saw us as people and not just a paycheck (which had certainly been the case with other agents). Alex made it easy for us to explain what we were looking for in a house, and did a fantastic job giving us feedback and suggestions on houses to tour. He was always educated on the houses he would show us and could answer most any question we had during our tours (and we asked A LOT of questions haha). During one tour, my partners and I were very interested in the house, but we were still a little on the fence. Instead of being impatient and using sales tactics to get us to make an offer, Alex suggested we take a quick look at a different house in the same neighborhood that he knew about. This wasnt a house on our list, but when Alex said he thought it would check the boxes that this house didnt we knew it would be worth checking out. That is the house we bought. Alex was 100% correct and within the first 5 minutes of looking at the place we knew it was the perfect fit and all of our uncertainty was gone. We cant say thank you enough to Alex for the education hes given us, the patience that hes shown us, and the fantastic way hes treated us overall. Alex will always be my first choice for me personally as well as my business, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else who has questions or is looking for a real estate agent.
