eXp Realty

After such a tough year for us last year, this year Ryan Ramirez and I were blessed with the opportunity to purchase our very first home! And it just so happens that it?s right across the street from my childhood home, which makes it a bit more special to me! We had pleasure of working with an amazing realtor Jeremy Deeds! He helped us stay motivated throughout the entire process and managed to get us into a home within a couple of months if that! We are grateful to have found someone who cared about what we wanted in a home and what was best for our family. We are finally HOMEOWNERS!! We couldn?t be more excited for this accomplishment. Thank you to our families for being so supportive and for helping and guiding us through this process. If y?all are looking or wanting to start this process do not hesitate to contact Jeremy Deeds

Overall and through the whole process, I had a great experience with Torri. She did a great job of helping me through the process, looking for houses, narrowing down what I wanted in a home and then finding me THE home I had been looking for. She was responsive and her expertise really showed through my first home buying experience! I couldnt be happier. Thanks Torri.

Jeremy is very personable, knowledgable, and patient. Its a really difficult buyers market and Jeremy showed us countless properties, going above and beyond to contact whoever he needed to in order to answer all our questions. He remained positive the entire time and after a frustrating summer of looking at condos in Denver, he helped us find one we really love. Thank you!

My Wife and I had the pleasure of working with Torri in the purchase of our new home. Torri was an amazing help through the entire process. Torri will without a doubt go above and beyond in making sure the process goes as smooth as possible and is very skilled in working through the difficulties that can arise in real estate transactions. Torri is very educated in the housing market and is honest about how to manage the different situations to make sure her clients get the best deal. I am so grateful for her help! My Wife and I highly recommend Torri with any real estate sales/purchases a person may need.

Kevin and his team did an excellent job selling our Broomfield home. Kevin also was the one to support us buying our new home in Erie, Colorado. We are very pleased with how both buying and selling went. Kevin does his homework and backs up all of his recommendations with evidence. We always felt supported and he was transparent with us on all negotiations. His advice on how to navigate the process was very professional and appropriate.
