We were finally ready to move in June. we came in on a Saturday and he took us searching on Monday. He did a lot of work to show us the different areas of Windsor and Loveland and he spent many hours searching the MLS for houses that matched what we were looking for. We found a house on Tuesday and started the contract on Thursday. He knows the area so well that he can find the house you are looking for I thought it would take 3-4 weeks to find our dream house. Not as an agent but as a mortgage consultant, which meant I dealt with hundreds of real estate agents and teams over the years. I have to rate Kevin and his team as the absolute best , and not in that fluffy phony way like so many real estate teams feel they need to be. Real solid down to earth people that went above and beyond. The actual transaction is not rocket science. What sets Kevin and his team apart is the true caring that they have for their clients that they get them a home that truly fits them. Kevin and I connected via email many months prior to me coming out from Ca. (yes Im one of those) and he starting dialing in what I was looking for and refining the listings he was sending. On my first day in Fort Collins we hooked up and drove about 10 listings. Kevin was reading my reactions with each viewing and further dialing in what I was interested in. On the second outing a few days later he showed me my forever home and the rest is history. But the service didnt stop there by any means. Tonya , his assistant, took care of scheduling everything and keeping me in the loop at every turn. She referred quality contractors to complete needed work and even suggested places to see and things to do and it wasnt just off some standard list. Without a doubt I will be using Kevin and his team in the future for any real estate need. Heck I already referred a client to him who is also super impressed my their services.

ZillowVERIFIED I have already recommended this team to 2 other friends, even before my closing. Ben was great from the very beginning. The most worrisome part for me was making sure things got done on time considering Im currently overseas. However Ben was extremely prompt and courteous in all of our communication. He patiently answered all of my questions. We saw 3 homes together and then he saw several more upon my request after I left Colorado. I fully trust Bens opinion on the condition of the homes where he emailed me a full description of them. He saw the final condo twice also bringing my son in with him a second time to have a look. I very much appreciated that. Then began communication with Tonya and I was impressed with her caring attitude. I felt as if I had already known her before! She was also extremely prompt in all of our emails. She made sure everything was done on time and all of my things were in order. She also made sure I was ready for post-move-in by helping me out with getting connected to the companies responsible for gas, utilities, etc. Finally the news that my closing could be completed over Skype was wonderfull! That is because it gets hectic to schedule a notarization with the embassy which includes a cost of $50. The entire process was amazingly smooth thanks to the Kevin Schumacher Team. We are very happy with our purchase and my son cant wait to move in.
