Ian showed expertise, and over all Professionalism right from the get go. I gave Ian a short term goal, and he tackled it! I needed to buy a house within a month, and not even a month later we were in; Additionally with an Excellent deal too! Ian was very patient, and thorough throughout the whole process. He cared a lot to make sure I understood what I was reading, and signing, so nothing came as a surprise. Ian showed me multiple houses that worked for me. They were all, such good houses it was hard to decide hahaha. Ultimately we found the one, and I'm very grateful it all aligned perfectly. I would 100% RECOMMEND Ian Raysor for all first home buyers, and military VA loan users to have Ian as your realtor.

The best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure of working with! Ian is very knowledgeable and experienced! The communication was 10/10! He helped me sell my home and purchase a new one and made everything a smooth process! As for buying and selling a home at the same time there are always hiccups but Ian handled everything so well and made it a smooth process and transition for my family! I would recommend Ian to anyone and everyone for all of your buying and selling needs! I also want to mention he is wonderful when it comes to military families! He knew what to do and how to do it! I cannot say enough amazing things about him! Ian, from the bottom of my and my familys heart, we want to thank you!!

We were referred to Ian by a friend, and were so glad we chose to work with him! He was always flexible with our schedule and eager to help in any way he could. You can really tell that Ian enjoys what he does and genuinely cares about helping his clients. He made the home-buying process so much easier for us.
