I needed to buy a house within a month, and not even a month later we were in; Additionally with an Excellent deal too! Ian was very patient, and thorough throughout the whole process. He cared a lot to make sure I understood what I was reading, and signing, so nothing came as a surprise. Ian showed me multiple houses that worked for me. They were all, such good houses it was hard to decide hahaha. Ultimately we found the one, and I'm very grateful it all aligned perfectly. ZillowVERIFIED This review is LONG overdue. For starters, let me just say how AMAZING Ian was throughout the WHOLE process. My husband and I were coming from Germany, not planning on even BUYING a home and ended up with a beautiful starter home! (Both of our first home purchases!) We got assigned to Ian, seeing as we were overseas at the time and couldnt do any sort of searching on our own. But boy, was it the most perfect match. If I had to go through the process all over again theres no doubt in my mind that I would pick him to be our realtor, no hesitation! Throughout our home-buying process, Ian was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development, even with the 8 hour difference between us! He helped us from finding a great (safe) location, to making sure we got a 5 bedroom within our budget, and demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills when an issue arose with our home inspection. He quickly negotiated with the sellers to have the necessary repairs made before purchase, getting us to close right on schedule. ZillowVERIFIED I dont think he couldve made the process of buying my first home any easier! I thought the whole process would be super complicated and overwhelming but Mr. Raysor made it so simple. If I had any questions he always picked up the phone and explained everything. When I didnt know what something meant, or how to find an inspector, loan company, and just everything! I hardly lifted a finger through the whole thing. I only spent $1090 on my first home! This guy is awesome! 10/10 would recommend!
