I met Mary back in the summer of 2014. She came to my door telling us that she just recently sold a property above asking price in our community. I told Mary in our first meeting that we werent interested in selling our current property at the time but we would like to sell a rental property that we had in Germantown, MD. I told Mary that the rental property was currently under water and we had to wait until we paid down the mortgage to be able to sell. For years Mary and her team kept in contact to see if we were ready to sell. We finally were able to list the property in January 2022. Mary is a one stop shop for buying and selling. She helped find our dream home back in 2021 and helped sell our condo in 2022. As far as selling, she made the process as seamless as possible. She?ll give you recommendations/suggestions to help you prep your home, professionally photograph the home, and professionally digitally stage your home. All worth it.
