This was out second time working with Melissa and she was fantastic. She bot only helped us find our first home, she also helped us sell our first home when we had to quickly relocate due to work. I met Mary back in the summer of 2014. She came to my door telling us that she just recently sold a property above asking price in our community. I told Mary in our first meeting that we werent interested in selling our current property at the time but we would like to sell a rental property that we had in Germantown, MD. I told Mary that the rental property was currently under water and we had to wait until we paid down the mortgage to be able to sell. For years Mary and her team kept in contact to see if we were ready to sell. We finally were able to list the property in January 2022.
