We have been "wowed" by Chelby!! She helped us sell our house and during the process we have been so impressed by: -Her perseverance and encouragement!! -The ideas that she brings up to help share the home with prospective buyers. -Solution driven. -ALWAYS available!! -Wonderful communication skills that fit any style. She is extremely patient. Selling a home is a stressful process, but from day one she made this process as comfortable as possible. Super accommodating. We highly recommend Chelby! She is the best Realtor that we have ever worked with......it has been such a pleasure!

Knowing our limited stay in Orlando, Chelby graciously set up an immediate appointment for us to see the properties we were interested in. She was very warm, friendly, and accommodating, and very forthright in answering our questions relative to the properties. What impressed us the most is her ability to guide without pressure that allows you to make an informed decision. Although our current situation did not lead us to commit to a purchase, if our circumstances change in the near future, we will definitely seek out Chelby again to represent us.

I saw a property I wanted to make a move on, contacted Chelby, and now I'm a homeowner. Thanks for helping me invest in my future Chelby! Your knowledge and support will always be appreciated. I do look forward to working with you again when preparation and opportunity meet.

Chelby was so amazing every step of the way. There were so many things we werent prepared for and she walked us through it all with so much grace and care. She totally went above and beyond with helping us get a last minute trash truck to the property we were selling, helping us figure out storage and such, and just making sure that we stayed on the same page every step of the way. There was so much that she did, I cant even list it all here. We truly appreciate her and all she did for us.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with our realtor, Chelby! She went above and beyond to help us find an apartment for our son. From start to finish, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, patient, and genuinely committed to making the process as smooth as possible. Chelby took the time to understand what we were looking for and worked tirelessly to help us find the right place. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out, and we are so grateful for everything she did for our family. We highly recommend Chelby to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile. Thank you, Chelby, for all your hard work and for helping make this experience such a positive one!
