Chelby was so amazing every step of the way. There were so many things we werent prepared for and she walked us through it all with so much grace and care. She totally went above and beyond with helping us get a last minute trash truck to the property we were selling, helping us figure out storage and such, and just making sure that we stayed on the same page every step of the way. There was so much that she did, I cant even list it all here. We truly appreciate her and all she did for us.

Knowing our limited stay in Orlando, Chelby graciously set up an immediate appointment for us to see the properties we were interested in. She was very warm, friendly, and accommodating, and very forthright in answering our questions relative to the properties. What impressed us the most is her ability to guide without pressure that allows you to make an informed decision.
