As firs time home purchasers it could be a very confusing, nerve racking experience. Thats when you need help from some one who knows what to do.As soon as we spoke to Daniel we knew he was the right agent for us. Hes communication skills are awesome, he just needed to know what we wanted and needed and he delivered every time. The house searched went as smooth as it could.He always fought for our best interest and always gave us open advise on what would be convenient for us. We never felt like he was just trying to get us to buy a house to make his commission. We never felt like we where in a sales person/purchasers situation it always felt like a friend that knew all about houses raging along to help us get our dream house. When we found THE HOUSE he made it was ours and at the right price not to mention how quick we got to have our keys in hands.
